There’s a lot going on this weekend downtown with the One Spark Festival. If innovative vendors, food trucks, and crowdsource funding aren’t your thing, head to the beach.

Take advantage of the warm weather and head outside for some fun in between rainstorms. There are several beaches within easy driving distance. Whether you plan to spend the day with the family building sandcastles or you want to grab drinks with some friends, the beach is a great place to spend the weekend.

Visit Jacksonville Beach at 3rd Street to find the easiest parking. Pack a picnic or enjoy some favorites like Metro Diner or A La Carte.

Head down A1A to see St. Augustine Beaches. Enjoy lunch, dinner, or drinks at Sunset Grille or another local favorite.

Did you know you can access the portal from your iPhone with just the push of a few buttons? Here’s how you can do it:

Safari Window with My MLS

 

 

 

1. Pull up a Safari window and type in portal.flexmls.com/lindadolan.

 

 

2. Press the Share button at the bottom of the page. (It’s the rectangle with the arrow pointing up.)

 

 

 

3. Press the Add to Home Screen button and relabel as you wish. My Portal would be great to enter here.

4. When you are done typing the label, press the blue Add text in the top right corner.
